Full Time Temp to Hire Office Opening
Our client is expanding in the online sales channel and this would be an ideal position for a recent graduate or someone returning to the workforce that is interested in developing new skills and working in a growing organization.
Location: Cortland, NE
Position: Office Support and Customer Service in a light manufacturing environment.
Forty hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Paid course work in Quickbooks or other materials available.
Work in an industrial manufacturing office, answering and responding to incoming phone calls from customers, distributors, and suppliers. The associate will assist with tracking leads, accepting, and processing orders via phone, online, fax, and email. The associate will follow up on orders to keep the customer informed and ensure on-time delivery. Generate and process quotes, sales orders, invoices, and weekly reports in Quickbooks. Provide support with shipping and receiving as needed.
Focus on replacement filter orders supporting key accounts with recurring orders. Work with Lead Forensics & other software to move leads through the sales process and into the accounting system. Contact prospects and customers through mail and email.
Skills and Experience – QuickBooks, accounting skills would be a plus, must be familiar with MS Excel and office products. The ability to communicate with customers effectively, attention to detail, and strong organization skills are required. Experience and Hubspot or other CRM’s would be great.
Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent is required. Some college or associates degree a plus.
Starting wage is $16 and up depending on experience
