NOW HIRING – This is a part time long term direct placement position. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-12pm
This position is much more than just a receptionist position. While we would like the candidate to perform receptionist duties which include, but are not limited to, answering multi-line phones, filing, faxing, copying, customer service skills and setting appointments for interviews. This candidate needs to also provide assistance to the Staffing Specialists and Payroll Administrator for various HR/Payroll functions. Office experience and computer skills in Word, Excel, and Quick Books are required. Candidate must be detail oriented; possess strong people skills, organizational skills, ability to multitask and have the ability to work in a diverse workforce.
