Get the Employment Options You Need

Because not all clients require the same services, we offer the following options to meet your unique needs. Work USA candidates can be hired as follows:

  • Temporary Employee

    Work USA employee works for you for an unlimited amount of time to fill in for employees who are on vacation or maternity leave, or for seasonal employees.

  • Temp-to-Hire Employee

    A Work USA employee works for you on a trial basis until the time requirement is complete and employee is converted to your payroll. The time requirement for an employee depends on type of work and negotiated by employer. If, during the trial time the employee is replaced, the accrued hours will convert to the replacement employee. Temp-to-Hire is a great opportunity to hire quickly on a trial basis.

  • Direct Hire

    Work USA offers direct placement for employers requesting employees to start directly on their payroll. If the Work USA candidate you hire does not work out within 60 days, Work USA will either replace the employee or offer a full refund of the fee.

  • Payrolling

    Many clients recruit on their own but do not want to add to their own payroll. Work USA offers complete payrolling services for a minimal rate.
